Haan - Non-existent customer service
This company has no customer service. They do not return phone or email messages.
I lost the cap to the steamers water bottle and it is not even available to purchase. So, a new $200 machine is inoperable because of a 25 cent part! They did not even respond to the retailer's request for service; nor do they allow the retailer to sell parts. Obviously this company cares nothing for customer service or repeat customers.
I will never buy another Haan product. I don't usually resort to writing bad reviews, but in this case, the customer should really be aware of this company.
They are a joke.
